About the Role We’re seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to help design, fine-tune, and deploy domain-specific AI systems. You’ll work across the ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model adaptation to scalable deployment—building cutting-edge solutions that drive impact in high-stakes, regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Fine-tune and adapt LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Gemma) using Lo RA/QLo RA and related methods. Prepare and structure complex medical and clinical data for AI training. Develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Evaluate and benchmark open-source models and new architectures. Monitor model performance and ensure ethical, explainable AI. What We’re Looking For Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience Proven experience in ML development and deployment. Strong Python + Py Torch/Tensor Flow skills. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, Deep Speed, v LLM). Familiarity with RAG, Lang Chain, and vector databases. Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus).
