About the Role :

Associate Product Manager - Seeking a passionate Associate Product Manager to craft customer-centric experiences in our dynamic environment. Collaborate with diverse teams to shape and launch top-tier features for our website, app, and and Responsibilities :


- Be an integral part of the development and improvement of Pilgrim's website/app,(or a suite of such products)

- Understand the consumer problems and optimise them by collaborating with business, design, and development teams

- Study the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth

- Monitor, analyse, and act on key product analytics. Continually improve the product, increase retention rate, and boost customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

The Ideal Profile :

- 2-3 years of work experience in a core product role

- E-commerce experience is good to have but not mandatory. Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.

- Experience in working with tools like Moengage/Clevertap/Webengage, Google Analytics 4

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Must have research skills and passion to find, track, and analyse relevant data and turn it into information that can help improve the overall customer experience on the website, app, etc.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

- Proven experience of building consumer facing products as well as internal products.

- Experience in managing and working with development teams, UI UX designers & product team.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to take data driven decisions.
