 Job Description: 


As an Outreach Coordinator at Ostello, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with schools and onboarding students onto our platform. You will coordinate, schedule, and conduct engaging seminars in schools, introduce students to Ostello's app, and facilitate their installation. Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback from students, establish client relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with schools and contribute to the success of our mission.


Responsibilities :


1. Conduct outreach activities, visit schools, and establish partnerships with educational institutions.

2. Coordinate and schedule seminars in schools to promote Ostello's services and offerings.

3. Host and deliver engaging presentations, effectively showcasing the benefits of Ostello's app.

4. Interact with students, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.

5. Facilitate the installation of Ostello's app on students' devices during the seminars.

6. Collect and document students' information for further follow-up and data analysis.

7. Conduct client calls to gather feedback, assess user experience, and nurture client relationships.

8. Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve any issues.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

10. Maintain accurate records of school visits, seminar schedules, and student interactions.


 Requirements: 


1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in conducting outreach activities or coordinating events in an educational setting.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple school visits and seminars.

5. Proficient in using technology and mobile applications.

6. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students succeed.

7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools and students.

8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9. Flexibility to travel within Delhi for school visits as required.
