Job Summary:

This individual contributor is responsible for guiding and influencing the development of a formal Global Quality Services Framework and for supporting the development of software quality assurance test strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing major programming efforts, designing and developing test data for testing.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area; supporting the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; ensuring team follows all procedures and policies; coordinating and assigning resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines; collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.- Practices self-development and promotes learning in others by proactively providing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities; listening and responding to, seeking, and addressing performance feedback; providing feedback to others and managers; creating and executing plans to capitalize on strengths and develop weaknesses; supporting team collaboration; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback- Identifies, defines, and mitigates complex issues, dependencies, and risks related to testing- Reviews functional specifications to ensure business and architectural requirements are testable.- Determines business requirements and workflows, and collaborates with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to review the overall test data approach- Ensures test data setup plans and timelines are aligned with project/program milestones. Develops strategies, methodologies, and standard processes for moderately to highly complex IT initiatives across multiple QA domains by analysing business and technology requirements to ensure appropriate test data support- Defines and ensures adherence with entry and exit criteria according to Kaiser testing standards. Manages the development of test data for all testing phases (e.g., SIT, Performance, UAT, Automation, Production, Validation- Generates scheduled reports for test data management and provides periodic updates to management, as appropriate.- Identifies workflows that can be automated to reduce manual effort with test data provisioning.- Leverages new technology such as AI for test data management

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in SQA, software testing or related field.- In lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement for a total of 11 years.- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience working with Java and Java based automation framework.- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience working with Webservice APIs and related technologies (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP)- Minimum four (4) years’ experience working with scripting languages like Shell, groovy, VBscript etc- Must have good exposure to system integration and debugging skills.- Minimum four (4) years’ experience working with Oracle, SQL DB or DB2.- Minimum five (5) years in an informal leadership role working with technical teams

Good to have Skills:

- Someone who will Provide the solution to new tools and technologies and bring new improvement to test data area- Strong understanding of oracle data base- Two (2) years’ experience working in healthcare testing environments- Having one(1) year experience of any Windows based application test scripting using tools such as UFT- Knowledge on HL7
