Role Objective:
To drive acquisition of high-value (Affluent) credit card customers through targeted sourcing, relationship management, and strategic partnerships, ensuring premium customer experience and portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNI) for the bank's premium credit card offerings.
- Build strong relationships with affluent clients to ensure long-term engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with Affluent teams and channels for lead generation and business growth.
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding and activation of customers, with adherence to KYC and compliance norms.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and portfolio KPIs (activation rate, spends, etc.).
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Maintain high service standards and assist in resolving client issues swiftly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of premium banking products and HNI customer behavior
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding of credit policies, documentation, and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 58 years of experience in credit card or banking sales (preferably in the affluent segment)
- Prior exposure to HNI clientele
