Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat - India

Working Hours: 3:00PM - 12:00AM

Key Responsibilities:

- 2+ Years of experience in IT HR related field.- 2+ Years of experience in Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.- Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews and goal-setting processes.- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.- Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related platforms.- Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.- Develop and optimize workflows and automation to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software is a plus.- Proven experience in HR systems administration or HRIS management.- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations in India.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
