Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits of companies, LLPs, and firms.
  • Support in preparation and filing of income tax, GST, and other statutory returns.
  • Conduct accounting and book-keeping assignments.
  • Draft financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform research on taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory updates.
  • Work on management consultancy assignments, if any.
  • Participate in stock audits, due diligence, or special assignments.
  • Maintain timely documentation of working papers and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing CA (under ICAI) or CMA India (under ICMAI) and eligible for Articleship registration.
  • Good academic record with keen interest in practical exposure.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Companies Act, etc.
