Senior Client Business Operations Analyst

The Senior Analyst, Client Business operations plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of the sales processes for Epsilon’s Retail Media business. This position is responsible for managing Salesforce opportunities, conducting client onboarding integrity checks, and performing gate checks to support invoicing during the early stages of the opportunity lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Opportunity Management
- Oversee the management and integrity of sales opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Lead and mentor the team in tracking and monitoring the progress of opportunities.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or compliance issues within the Salesforce system.
Client Onboarding Integrity Checks
- Conduct and supervise thorough integrity checks on new clients during the onboarding process.
- Verify client information and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Liaise with the stakeholders to address any identified issues.
Gate Checks for Invoicing Support
- Perform and oversee gate checks at critical stages of the opportunity lifecycle to support accurate and timely invoicing.
- Ensure all required documentation and approvals are in place before progressing opportunities to the next stage.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to resolve any issues that could impact invoicing.
Billing Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly billing for a portfolio of clients
- Co-ordinate between finance and account teams to ensure accurate and timely billing to clients
- Implement and maintain billing procedures and guidelines to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on compliance activities and findings to senior management.
- Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance, sales operations, or related role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its application in sales opportunity management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Retail Media sector.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes and documentation.
