Job Responsibility :-

  • Responsible for Financial planning and Budgeting , Accounting and financial process , MIS & reporting.
  • Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variance. Detailed business reporting within depth analysis on trends.
  • Connect Between (Co-ordination) Internal Auditor - External & Internal Auditor – Finance & Taxation.

  • Budgeting.
  • Process Restructuring.
  • examining company accounts and financial control systems.
  • gauging levels of financial risk within organizations.
  • checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
  • ensuring that assets are protected.
  • identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
  • preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
  • liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
  • ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with undertaking reviews of wages.
  • Handling overall accounting function, Billing function, month end and year end closing process ,timely updating the books of accounts ,in-compliance with statutory and internal norms.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on monthly quarterly and annual basis

Statutory Compliance:

  • To deduct and pay TDS, Service Tax, GST, etc within the time stipulated by the relevant act.
  • To ensure no delays take place in compliance's for submission of periodic reporting/returns to the relevant government authorities/management.
