Skills & Qualifications:

  • Core Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core and Advanced).
  • Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework .
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs .
  • Experience in database management systems (SQL/NoSQL, including MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency , and design patterns .

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with payment systems or financial products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack development.
  • Understanding of security standards and best practices for fintech applications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, using tools like JIRA , Confluence , and Git .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on fintech products .
  • Proven experience in supporting and maintaining live applications in a production environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (such as PCI-DSS, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
