Job Profile: MIS EXECUTIVE/Data Analyst

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Excel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Excel, including advanced functions, data manipulation, and reporting. The role involves data fetching, analysis, and creating insightful reports. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about Excel, we encourage you to apply

Responsibilities:

· Data Fetching and Analysis.

· Retrieve data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).

· Clean, transform, and organize raw data into usable formats.

· Perform data validation and quality checks.

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

· Data Research.

· Update Dashboard.

Advanced Excel Skills:

· Proficiency in complex Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).

· Create and maintain Excel templates for data entry and reporting.

· Develop macros and automation scripts to streamline processes.

· Handle large datasets efficiently.

· Reporting and Visualization:

· Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel.

· Create charts, graphs, and pivot tables to visualize data.

· Summarize findings in clear and concise formats.

· Collaboration:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, IT, etc.).

Proven experience (X years) as an Advanced Excel Specialist or similar role.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in data fetching techniques (SQL, APIs, web scraping, etc.).

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
