About this opportunity:


This Job Role is responsible for an overall execution of the new Operation Model, having Multi-technology, Multivendor knowledge, depth knowledge on Processes/Ways of working within and between Functions, KPIs/SLAs knowledge and end-to end understanding of the Business and Customer Organization.
As a main responsibility, this Job role will drive and support end-to-end Operations ensuring seamless Operations and Delivery.

What you will do:

Single point of contact for Operations Center Managers (OCM). Accountable for handling the requests/priorities coming in from Customers or ETL Accountable for driving the Major Service Outages (MSOs) in Network. Should be driving the MSOs end to end including all the functions. Ensuring proactive communication on Outages, timely resolution of Faults and Compliance on process from all the involved teams Ensuring Network Availabilities are being tracked and if there is any dip in Availability, must trigger necessary actions for recovering Availability and ensuring all the involved stakeholders are notified Should be on Top of all issues which is impacting Network Availability and ensuring those are getting resolved on timely manner by removing the blockers Ensuring all the MSDP/Tools are up and running. If any issues on Tools should be managed as per the defined process Involved in the Business Continuity Plan. Responsible to make decisions on Invoke and Revoke of BCPs Drive the investigation in case of the Multi domain troubleshooting. It will assure a consistent analysis of all areas, in order to identify the root cause of the services degradation. Support the execution of Complex Changes and initiate 3rd Level Functional Escalation. Accountable for driving any Outages post Change implementation and ensuring it’s resolved asap Supporting and guiding all the Functions (Automated Operations /Technical Authority/Incident Management/Dispatch/NPO/Change Management/Problem Management/Automations/Data Management) for better decision making in day-to-day Operations and Issues Ensuring Network Performance are well within thresholds. Should keep a close eye on RTPM and Down detectors. Should also help teams in corelating performance degradation with known incidents/events. Should also escalate degradation unexplained to relevant teams. Should have the knowledge of all the Data Centers in Network (MBNL/EE/3UK) and the Nodes placed in that area. Effective correlation of all the Events (Network/Functions/Customer Complaints/Downdetectors etc.,) occurring in Network  Propose solutions for Customer experience improvement. Drive the solution implementation to increase Customer Satisfaction Analyze how planned implementation impacts existing network. Should be evaluating the changes that are happening in Network on daily basis Deep drive root cause analysis of critical event/outage and implement across functions for improvement.

The skills you bring:

Expertise required with respect to Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, NEC, SIAE, Samsung etc., Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent Good understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G and You should have good knowledge & understanding of GSM / WCDMA / 2G / 3G/4G/5G. Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, transport networks, access networks, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signaling, voice and data flows, value Added services. KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting. Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment’
