Understanding of cloud environments and container technologies SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Administering, configuring and troubleshoot Middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ 2 Manage and support enterprise application servers, including deployments, patching, tuning and capacity planning 3 Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for critical middleware related issues 4 Collaborate with infrastructure, application & development teams to support production and development environments 5 Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to middleware systems
