As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, i OS, and Android platforms.Key Responsibilities- Test new features across web, i OS, and Android to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.- Write, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and Vo IP.- Perform testing across multiple layers — Web, Mobile, and APIs — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability.- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across devices, browsers, and environments.- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases.- Conduct real-world testing to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions.- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as the product and team grow.Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B. Tech/B. E./M. Tech preferred).- 3–5 years of proven QA experience in Saa S or mobile-first products.- Strong background in manual testing, bug tracking (Jira), and clear documentation.- Hands-on experience testing mobile (i OS/Android), web, and APIs.- Practical experience with QA automation tools, including:- Selenium / Playwright / Cypress – UI & regression testing- Appium / Detox – mobile app automation- Postman – API testing & automation- Browser Stack / Sauce Labs – cross-browser & device testing- A detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Bonus: Familiarity with tools commonly used by SMBs or field service teams.Location Preference- Candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred.- The position will begin as remote, transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.Why Join Notifi- Opportunity to be an early member shaping QA practices and quality standards.- Direct impact on a fast-scaling product that empowers small businesses.- Growth-focused, collaborative environment at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon office.
