OnBase Developer

CONSULTANT :

At Deloitte's USI CBO team, we are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultant for our OT - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) practice with relevant experience in Hyland OnBase. As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying large-scale complex software solutions at an enterprise level.

You will work with functional and technical teams on the project located across shores. You will need to understand functional requirements and should be able to lead the technical team, design the solution, using design patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.

Work you will do :

- System and requirements analysis for OnBase repository

- Configuration and administration of OnBase Content Management system and integration with Guidewire for OnBase accelerators (Policy Center, Claims Center, etc.)

- Create OnBase Content Repository and configure it as Archivelink Repository for SAP ECC and S4 HANA system

- Requirements documentation, documentation of technical specs, process flows, etc.

- System Testing: SIT and UAT (Planning, execution, and evaluation) Ensure team adheres to processes and methodologies to perform the required functions

- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings, Agile and write user stories, collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams

- Work with onsite and offshore resources and undertake ownership of assigned tasks and manage own priorities and time allocation with minimal daily supervision

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: B.E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (CS)/ M.E / M. Tech

Prior Experience :

- Should have overall 3-8 of experience in Hyland OnBase

Skills / Project Experience - required :

- 3+ years of experience as OnBase System Admin; working experience with key OnBase module

- Experience with Archivelink configuration with SAP from OnBase Content Repository

- Good understanding of OnBase Enterprise Content Management platform, architecture, and security

- Experience supporting OnBase v18 or above in large & complex organization;

- Deep understanding of OnBase DIP, AUTOFILL processes, workflows and ability to develop & support such processes

- Experience in OnBase Web services - web services enablement in OnBase, deployment of RESTful services in middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Web Methods, etc.

- Deep expertise in system admin functions of OnBase version 18

- Experience in OnBase Upgrade procedure

- Working experience with Microsoft SQL & IIS, NTLM

- Strong understanding of security concepts as it relates to Active Directory is a plus

- Experience with OnBase modules, Unity client & other client's installations and configurations in various environments

- Experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure and in a timely manner

Skills / Project Experience - good to have :

- OnBase Certification preferred

- Experience on other ECM platforms
