Position-Maintenance Engineer

Location-Jamnagar

Exp-6 to 13 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and industrial equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation, or CNC machines (as per industry).
  • Proficiency in maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
