Position : Food Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Develop new food products, recipes, and flavors, considering consumer preferences, nutritional value, and production costs.

2. Quality Control: Ensure food products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards by conducting sensory evaluations, microbiological testing, and chemical analysis.

3. Food Safety: Implement and maintain food safety protocols, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulations.

4. Process Improvement: Optimize food processing techniques, equipment, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food regulations, labeling requirements, and industry standards.

6. Research and Development: Stay updated on food trends, technologies, and research to innovate and improve products, processes, and packaging.

7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure product quality and consistency.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sensory panels and consumer testing to gather feedback.

2. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

3. Investigate product complaints and implement corrective actions.

4. Provide technical support to production teams.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
