Job Description - Role: Backend Developer Location: Pune (On-site) Industry: Technology | Information & Internet Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4 – 6 Years Education: Tier 1 College Graduates Only (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, Top State Universities, etc.) Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid educational background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, cloud technologies, and modern databases, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using  Node.js and  Java . Leverage  Git Hub Co-Pilot and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure high code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable backend solutions. Optimize system performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4–6 years of proven experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in  Node.js and  Java . Knowledge/experience with  Microsoft Azure (preferred). Hands-on experience with databases –  Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or other No SQL databases (preferred). Excellent  communication and collaboration skills . Strong  analytical and problem-solving skills . Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution. Good to have: Familiarity with  micro services architecture and containerization (Dockers, Kubernetes). Exposure to  cloud-native development and Dev Ops practices. Experience with  enterprise-scale distributed systems .
