The RoleJob Details:We are looking for analytical and enthusiastic “Automation Engineer” who holds expertise and passion in designing, developing and implementing innovative automation solutions that will help in improving the processing capabilities and efficiency of the entire system.Position Name: Automation EngineerLocation: Fully remoteDepartment: AutomationWork timings: India (9 AM to 6 PM) and UK (2 PM noon to 11 PM night), it can be changed based on the requirement

Job Responsibilities:Work on the designing, programming, simulation, testing and maintaining of new or existing automation frameworkDesigning, developing, and implementing innovative and custom automation solutions and processWork closely with other teams to help discover, eliminate and troubleshoot problems by gathering requirements and implementing process automationBuild large scale system tests to drive improvements in scalability and performanceTo write and perform complex system test scriptsTo collaborate with product managers and clients to understand business requirements and accordingly define and plan test and automation strategy to be used, release process design and develop automation framework and supporting toolsParticipating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team membersTaking lead on projects, as needed.Ideal ProfileDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or related fieldMinimum work experience: 2 yearsStrong command on Python, API Automation, Browser Automation, Puppeteer and SeleniumStrong understanding of right automation tools and automation approachAbility to clearly understand business requirements and deliver within stipulated timeFocus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvementExcellent analytical, functional, project and time management skillsStrong problem solving and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or with a groupCertifications in automation field will be an added advantage
