Job Role:

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and fine-tuning large language models and other generative AI systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our EHR, PM software, Laboratory and RCM services through the application of artificial intelligence.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers and solution architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to defining and developing modern machine learning algorithms & deep learning methods to uncover patterns within extensive machine data sets.
  • Work closely with data engineers to prepare, clean and transform data for use in AI models.
  • Participate in the model development lifecycle including model design, experiment, evaluation, prototyping, and production.
  • Analyze data sources, analytics, and machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) to map them to feature sets.
  • Work with large-scale datasets, designing, and developing generative algorithms.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop and implement AI algorithms and models.
  • Monitor and maintain machine learning and large language models in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and development relevant to integration solutions.


You are a Good Fit For this Job, if You,

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, alternatively relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in designing and developing AI solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and/or C++.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
  • Experience in building and maintaining scalable API solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience in healthcare IT is an added advantage.
