We are looking for and Assistant Manager - HRBP,Experience - minimum 5 years of exxperience,5 days working,Location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

CTC - as per industry norms

Role Description1) Strategic Partnering:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR insights and solutions.Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

2) Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.

3) Talent Management:Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.Identify skill gaps and work with leaders to develop training and development programs.

4) Change Management:Lead and manage change initiatives to improve business performance and employee engagement.Support leaders and employees through organizational changes.

5) Performance Management:Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.Coach managers on performance management techniques.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR and business performance.

6) Compensation and Benefits:Work with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.Analyze and implement benefits programs that support employee well-being and business objectives.

7) Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential HR-related risks.
