Marketing Manager, Southern APAC

Job Description
The Marketing Manager, Southern APAC will play a key role in executing PubMatic’s marketing strategy across India, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, and content.
The Marketing Manager will support PubMatic’s commercial teams in local markets by tailoring and localizing campaigns to fit regional needs. The role also includes employer branding support, working with HR and internal stakeholders to promote PubMatic as an employer of choice. This role offers a mix of campaign execution, event management, and content localization, and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand, support lead generation, and drive awareness of PubMatic's programmatic advertising solutions.- Work closely with the sales team to launch localized account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.- Support paid digital campaigns (social, display, and paid media) to drive regional lead generation.- Coordinate email marketing initiatives, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.- Localize global marketing campaigns and customize them for India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ audiences.
2. Event & Webinar Management
- Plan, manage, and execute events in India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ, including client forums, trade shows, and webinars.- Lead the logistics for on-ground events, including vendor management, branding, content, and speaker preparation.- Manage on-site support and post-event follow-ups, ensuring all leads are properly captured, shared, and tracked.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure high-impact event experiences.
3. Content Creation & Localization
- Work with the global content team to localize sales materials, event collateral, and case studies for key Southern APAC markets.- Develop content that supports lead generation and sales enablement, including email content, landing pages, and presentation decks.- Partner with PR and communications teams to localize media materials and highlight regional success stories.- Support the development of thought leadership content for client engagement, including white papers, blogs, and industry reports.
4. Employer Branding & Internal Marketing
- Collaborate with HR to create and promote content that enhances PubMatic’s employer brand in India and across Southern APAC.- Work with the global HR and marketing teams to support hiring campaigns (e.g., employee stories, social media content) to attract top talent.- Develop and maintain a set of employer brand assets (brochures, one-pagers, videos) that can be used across recruitment channels.- Promote PubMatic's employee success stories and workplace culture on key platforms (LinkedIn, careers site, etc.).
5. Tracking & Reporting
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing activities, with a focus on leads, engagement, and campaign ROI.- Track event performance and provide post-event reports to internal stakeholders.- Support the Director of Marketing, APAC, with monthly campaign reports and key insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in digital advertising, adtech, SaaS, or technology industries preferred.- Experience working with regional marketing teams and delivering localized campaigns for diverse countries.- Proven experience in event planning and execution (both in-person and virtual) and familiarity with managing event logistics.- Strong experience in digital campaign management, including paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Familiarity with content creation and localization, including email copy, one-pagers, and landing pages.- Experience working with tools like Salesforce (SFDC), Pardot, and Google Analytics.- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Additional Information
Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions. All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices. Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
