You will be the first point of contact, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through core HCM processes. If you have strong communication skills, a basic familiarity with Oracle HCM, and a desire to grow your technical expertise, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications via phone, email, and chat.Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries related to payroll, time and labor, benefits, employee profiles, and other HCM modules.Guide end-users step-by-step through system navigation and standard operational flows.Document, track, and manage support tickets using our IT service management (ITSM) tool.Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support specialists as needed.Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.Required Qualifications & Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.Demonstrable end-user experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Fusion HCM (e.g., using the system for HR-related tasks in a previous role).A strong customer-service orientation and a patient, helpful demeanor.The ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical concepts in simple terms.A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to build a technical career and learn Oracle systems from the ground up.
