- Experience in agile Methodologies


Key Responsibilities:


- Utilize deep knowledge of SAP Hybris modules, particularly in Search and Navigation, PCM, and Order Management, to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.


- Develop and configure SAP Hybris modules to implement functionality related to search, navigation, product content management, and order management.


- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.


- Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in SAP Hybris development.


- Work independently to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.


- Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA testers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.


- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.


- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP Hybris and related technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Hybris development, with a focus on modules such as Search and Navigation, PCM, and Order Management.


- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Hybris development framework.


- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


- Ability to work independently with minimal support, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.


- Experience working in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a track record of successful project delivery.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris Commerce) is highly desirable. Certifications in SAP Hybris or related technologies are a plus.
