You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team.Job ResponsibilitiesBecome the technical focal point for the development efforts of an agile team alongside hands on development and design.Work as part of a team to ensure successful task deliveries and provide solutions for business needs.Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members.Verify and maintain a high level of development and delivery standards for your team as defined by the organization’s policiesQualificationsA minimum of 7 years software development experience (mainly backend or full stack development).At least 2 years as a web solution’s lead developer or a technical lead addressing large scale and distributed systems based on cloud computing infrastructure.A minimum of 3 years development and design experience with Node.js.A minimum of 2 years working with relational databases.Practical experience with microservices architecture.Practical experience with development quality methodologies and testing.Practical familiarity with OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles.Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Self-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team.Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.Willingness to gradually become full stack while still maintaining a focus on backend development.Advantageous QualificationsA person cannot be an expert on everything, but if you have experience with one or more of the following, it can be an advantage for you and your team:A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with No SQL databases.Hands-on experience with AWS and its services.Comfortable working with Windows and Linux as production environments.Experience with agile methodologies.Practical experience with one or more of the following: performance analysis and optimizations, application security, data streaming and additional cloud platforms.
