Principal Oracle APEX and Java Microservice Developer

Our team mainly focuses on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) products for example Liquidity Risk Management Solution. We are part of the MRF (Modern Risk and Finance) team in OFSS and are responsible to create and deliver financial products of high quality to serve the Banking and Financial industries. These products along with EPM and Regulatory related packs are able to seamlessly integrate and deliver a great value proposition to the customers in Financial Domain.

These applications are now being developed in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, offering to enable the customers an easy transition to a subscription-based model.

Calling all Java-based Engineers for the MRF team who would be responsible to identify the microservices patterns for the architectural challenges in building cloud-based products. Deep insight into the understanding of how the microservices architecture is built for the problem area is required. Our solution stack includes Oracle APEX and experience in that technology makes you more qualified for the role. 

Some of the main objectives of the MRF Applications are:

Efficiently understanding the data model of the application being worked on. Capable to provide advanced orchestration to other dependent Services Efficiently design the meta-model for the Applications Ability to design stateless microservices with independent deployment. 

Primary skills – JAVA, Oracle APEX, Microservices, Oracle Database

Extensive experience in Microservices, Rest Services, JPA, Automated unit testing through tools. Oracle APEX application development CUDA or other dedication compute programming highly desired Proven design skills and expertise is required. Good knowledge of current / emerging technologies and trends. Good analytical, grasping and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High levels of initiative and creativity. Good communication skills with all stake holders, good great teammate with ability to mentor juniors. 

Secondary skills - Development lifecycle of SaaS and on-premise applications

Cloud development Deployments Automated CI/CD development. Full stack developers with knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and associated technologies like OJET, React, HTML5, CSS will have an advantage
