Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the theatre, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with film distributors for smooth content acquisition.
  • Handle film charting and scheduling of shows efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and operational standards.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor and manage ticketing, concessions, and other revenue streams.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the theatre staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Handle budgeting, expense control, and reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in theatre/cinema management or film industry operations.
  • Strong knowledge of film charting and scheduling.
  • Good network and connections with film distributors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
