Job Summary :

The SCM Functional Consultant will lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within ERP systems, with a focus on Manufacturing (Mfg), MRP, Quality Control (QC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, configure solutions, provide training, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations with a focus on SCM modules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Work closely with the project team to configure and implement SCM-related modules, ensuring integration with other functional areas such as Finance, Sales, and HR.

- Manage full implementation life cycles, from requirements gathering and design to testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Configure, implement, and optimize SCM modules, including Manufacturing (Mfg), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Quality Control (QC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

- Understand and apply best practices for each of these SCM processes, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other business functions (Finance, HR, etc.)

- Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.

- Consult with clients to design and implement tailored SCM solutions that meet their specific business needs.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring a clear understanding between business and technical teams.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training for different stakeholder groups, including end-users, super users, and administrators.

- Provide process documentation, user manuals, and system guides to ensure that stakeholders are equipped to use the ERP system effectively.

- Support clients through the training process, addressing questions, concerns, and troubleshooting user issues as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on ERP solutions and supply chain best practices.

- Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure the ERP solution is aligned with business objectives.

- Manage expectations, facilitate regular meetings, and provide progress reports to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

- Significant experience with ERP implementations, specifically in the SCM domain.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, but other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) will also be considered.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful outcomes.

- Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and deliver engaging training sessions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions with a data-driven, customer-oriented approach.

- Expertise in SaaS-based ERP implementations and cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Supply Chain Management functions, including Manufacturing, MRP, Quality Control, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- ERP certification (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification) or industry-recognized SCM certifications (APICS, Six Sigma).

- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose business problems and propose effective solutions.

- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, or other sectors that heavily rely on SCM processes
