Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, act as a SCRUM Master, and possess hands-on experience with Postman and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.Role - Business Analyst IIExperience - 6-8 yrsLocation - HyderabadMandate Skills - Business Analysis, SCRUM master, User acceptance testing, Postman, Testing backgroundKey Responsibilities:- Act as a SCRUM Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.- Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing.- Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Mandatory Skills:- Proven experience as a SCRUM Master in agile environments.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation.- Solid testing background, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.- Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
