Key Responsibilities:
As a Robotics Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge robotics automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing robotics solutions with Solidworks
Simulating solutions on RoboDK software
Working with a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy robotics automation systems that meet and exceed client expectations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Applying your technical expertise to solve multi-disciplinary complex problems and optimise robotic systems.
Mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Contributing to the development of innovative automation technologies that drive efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading or working with engineering teams in the development of robotics automation systems.
Strong proficiency in CAD software, mechanical / electrical / pneumatic design, robotics simulation, robotics programming, control systems, and automation technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and track record of delivering projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
