As a Senior Oracle Apps DBA, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining all aspects of the Oracle Applications environment, including but not limited to installation, cloning, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, tuning and System Administration. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of database backup and recovery strategies, as well as experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and managing database performance. The Senior DBA will be responsible for developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure the continuity of our business operations in the event of a system failure. In Addition, the senior DBA will support other applications such but not limited to OKTA Administration.Responsibilities:Full Understanding of the E-Business Suite R12.2 with its architectureExperience and knowledge in migrating code, database changes, Oracle quarterly patch installsPerform standard DBA support tasks for multiple instances, multiple servers including but not limited to:Support of Health Checks, Performance tuning, 24x7 On Call Support , Troubleshooting and Application team supportDatabase – Installs configurations, cloning, patching/upgrades, Migrations, Database/System Management, Load balancing, System DocumentationData – Backup/Recovery Design, Implementation and Regular testingSecurity Releases patching and Regular Patch InstallsQuarterly Readiness Support and Customer supportCode MigrationSupport of OKTA Administration and Splunk .Support of Fusion Middleware (SOA12c) , Applications in AWS Environments , Rubrik Backup.R
