Our offerings include Vibrahire, an ATS platform with AI recruitment automation and AI-powered products for operational efficiencyRole DescriptionAs a Senior Python Developer , you’ll work closely with the Architect and product team to design, develop, and optimize backend services . You’ll be hands-on with Azure Function Apps , serverless architecture , NoSQL data modeling , and LLM integrations , ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient code powering our platform.Ready to Take Responsibility: Treat the product with complete ownership, making critical decisions and solving complex problems under pressure.Mentor & Coach: Passionate about growing talent and establishing best-in-class coding standards.Existing Product Mastery: Excited to dive into an in-flight, complex system to optimize, and build out the next set of major features.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS backend using Python and Azure Function AppsImplement LLM integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini) with best practices for API throttling, token usage, and performance optimizationDevelop and manage Azure services such as Blob Storage , Table Storage , and NoSQL databasesEstablish robust API frameworks , data models, and event-driven workflowsCollaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsLead and mentor a small team of developers, enforcing coding best practices and architectural standardsSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies (DevOps exposure)Ensure system security, compliance, and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, AI/ML, DevOps)Required Skills & Expertise:Core: Python (FastAPI / Flask / Azure Functions)Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, Blob, Table Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus)Database: Azure Table Storage, Cosmos DB, NoSQLAI Integrations: OpenAI, Gemini, LLM APIsArchitecture: Multi-tenant SaaS, Event-driven, ServerlessDevOps: Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Monitoring, ScalingQualifications:4+ years of experience in Python backend developmentStrong hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps or serverless systemsPractical knowledge of Azure storage services (Blob, Table, NoSQL)Experience with REST API development and microservice designExposure to LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini) and API throttling managementUnderstanding of multi-tenant SaaS or cloud-based product architecturesGood understanding of CI/CD , testing, and deployment best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced startup and collaborate effectively in a small team
