We are rapidly growing our Data Engineering practice and looking for hard working passionate team members to join our exciting journey.   We are looking to expand our current team and need experienced individuals who can lead our ongoing and upcoming projects in this space. You will be given significant training and development opportunities whilst working on projects for global household names.   Successful candidates will understand modern data platform architecture and have solved complex technical problems to deliver to clients’ requirements. You will be a competent team player, developing simple and straightforward solutions that are scalable, utilizing appropriate technologies and engineering best practices.   If you do not meet the experience, please do not apply. A technical interview will be performed to assess competency and skill against the below.   Key Responsibilities   Build highly efficient and scalable ETL processes using big data technology  Deploy code to production and maintain the stability of the production environment  Leverage large scale cloud infrastructure to build high throughput services  Designing and implementing code in SQL/Python  Good understanding and implementation experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modelling etc.  Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences  Strong communication and collaboration abilities in addition to technical depth  Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the stakeholder    Experience required  4+ years of experience as a data engineer/similar  Significant experience with Azure services and worked on Azure data projects  Experience with Azure cloud services: ADF, ADB, Azure SQL server  Should have worked in Azure data bricks orchestration with any language (like R, Scala, Python, SQL)  Should have developed Azure data factory pipelines  Should have knowledge or worked on Azure synapse analytics.  Experience with Dev Ops, Continuous Delivery  Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python.  SAP experience (bonus; not essential)  Knowledge with any of the following programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, Scala  Knowledge of Agile Methodologies  Knowledge on orchestrating workloads on cloud  Knowledge on legacy Database Migration.   Career at Kagool    A career at Kagool will give you a path towards progression and opportunities, with the current rate of growth we at Kagool have dedicated time towards individual growth, recognizing individual contributions, filling the team with a strong sense of purpose along with providing a fun, flexible and friendly work environment.
