About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Solution Architect with deep expertise. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology leader with proven experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust architecture aligned with business goals.

You will play a strategic role in solution design, cloud transformation, system integrations, and performance optimization, while acting as a trusted advisor to both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture design for enterprise-scale applications on Java and AWS platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Define cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and modernization frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Ensure best practices in architecture, security, performance, and DevOps (CI/CD).
  • Guide engineering teams by providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and architectural governance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and security) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate technologies, tools, and frameworks for adoption.
  • Prepare and present architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 to 23 years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years as an Architect.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Management.
  • Proven experience in AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud-native application design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in Cloud architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework).
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching, and data integration.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices, identity & access management, compliance, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
