Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures and tools tomanage Procurement Quality across multiple project(s)2. Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing ofQuality Source Inspection personnel3. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs, quality proceduresand tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project4. Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines5. Conduct Project-specific Quality training and facilitate project Quality workshops6. Support functional and project related quality efforts, as directed7. Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program andcompliance with project requirements8. Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (, ProcurementQuality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator)9. Perform Procurement Quality Surveillance and source inspection oversight10. Perform Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC construction activities11. Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and trackingprocedures12. Monitor and report quality performance of the contractor and Project Team13. Coordinate and report Project quality metrics14. Participate in project audit program as directed15. Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews16. Assist with surveillance activities as directed: ​​​​
