Job Description

Position Overview:
As a junior recruiter at Enjaz, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. This is an entry-level position that offers exposure to various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful team player with a strong interest in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates and conduct initial resume screenings.
  • Reach out to candidates via phone, email, and social media to gauge interest and communicate key information about open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide timely feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitors to contribute valuable insights.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Support the recruitment team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  • Identify challenging job vacancies and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency.
  • Administer required tests, coordinate interviews, and ensure adherence to company requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task execution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to use new technologies to get everything done.
  • English fluency is a must.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
