Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and user experience, with the technical skills to bring those ideas to life. You will be responsible for designing, building, and improving websites that reflect our brand and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain engaging, responsive websites for desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute design strategies.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for new website features or pages.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all web assets and platforms.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UX/UI capabilities.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with animation or interactive design.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
