  • Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.
  • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sales plan month on month.
  • Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals.
  • Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority.
  • To execute the various activities like Workshops, CMEs. Marketing activities etc.
  • Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the reporting authority.
  • Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
  • Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Give individual counseling and guidance to all sales staff, as and when necessary.
  • Keep abreast of continuous changes in the health care services and be updated with current trends in the market and health field.
  • Maintain records relating to Sales accurately.
  • Co- ordinate with other HODs, doctors and staff of organization.
  • Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
