Receptionist & Office administrator

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception desk
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff,
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain leaves, daily attendance records and report it when required
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling expenses. Work closely with the HR & finance department
  • Scheduling appointments and handling correspondence during recruitments
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Negotiate & coordinate with vendors, facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Arrange, administer and coordinate for accommodations, local conveyance, if need.
  • Lead and guide maintenance team


Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years.
