Packaging Executive

Job Overview:
The need is for a qualified Packaging Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field of industrial packaging. To thrive in this role, you'll ideally be located near our site operations and possess a degree or diploma in Packaging
Responsibilities:
1. Developing Packaging aligned with the client’s objectives; cost, quality, and time.
2. Address packaging-related issues and troubleshooting in the packaging process.
3. Support in Creating & maintaining packaging specifications. Organizing and conducting trials.
4. Proposing new areas for productivity savings as well as continuous improvement opportunities.
5. Exploring new packaging materials, technologies & trends to apply them to new innovations.
6. Partnering Cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
7. Participating in working sessions with the teams and co-building packaging innovation.
8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, sister business units, plants, co-manufacturers, and other sources of applicable technologies.
9. Conduct regular supplier assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Setting up meetings, project plans, and publishing reports as required by the management team.
Qualifications:
· Degree/Diploma in Packaging or Industrial packaging.
· 2-3 years of proven experience in packaging role.
· Preferred experience with software and tools using SAP, Oracle or any other ERP system.
· Knowledge of packaging materials, design, and conversion process.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
