  • Technical Skills –

Nielsen’s Heuristics: In-depth knowledge 10 Usability principles.

Ability to conduct User Research.

Understanding of Accessibility guidelines and how to apply them.

Proficient in wireframing & interaction

Ability to conduct Heuristic Evaluations and report findings with suggestion for improvement

Ability to create User Interface Design.

Ability to conduct Usability Testing

Conduct UI reviews and report findings

Creation and maintenance of Enterprise Design Systems for future scalability

  • Soft Skills –
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into Design inputs.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to articulate design clearly
  • Understand and translate business requirements into intuitive User Experiences
  • Support the development and Testing team in PDLC.
