Invest yourself in the alternative, and join an organization where you progress on merit, where you can speak openly with whoever you are speaking to, and where you will be supported along whichever path you choose to take.  Find out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.com Job description: · Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant professional accounting and finance experience, including work experience at a fund administrator or an alternative investment firm. · Proven experience in calculating private equity or real estate waterfalls using automation tools. · Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques. · Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. · Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy. · Deadline-driven with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: · Experience in waterfall automation, with a focus on improving processes and reducing manual effort. · Familiarity with fund administration software such as Yardi, Investran, Allvue, or eFront. · Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python to enhance automation capabilities. · Experience with reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards. · Experience in providing on-the-job training (OJT) for team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
