Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement automation strategies for desktop, web, and gaming applications.- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks tailored for casino gaming environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize them based on potential impact on casino products.- Design and execute automated test cases to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of gaming software.- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members on best practices for test automation in the Casino gaming domain.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in gaming and test automation to continuously improve our processes and tools.- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of quality and automation within the gaming development teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on desktop, web, and casino gaming applications.- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or both programming languages.- Proven track record of designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks from scratch, with specific emphasis on casino gaming environments.- Experience with popular test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc., tailored for gaming applications.- Strong understanding of gaming platforms, engines, and technologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for gaming.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Casino game development or game testing.- Familiarity with gaming engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.- Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques specific to gaming applications.- Experience with casino floor gaming console Class2/3 is a plus.- Certifications in software testing.
