Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Visualization Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling and informative data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI, helping us transform complex data insights into clear and actionable stories.

Your strong analytical skills and design sense will be instrumental in bringing data to life and driving effective decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

- Clean, transform, and prepare data for visualization using SQL queries (or similar data manipulation tools).

- Apply design principles and best practices to create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and other data visualizations.

- Ensure visualizations are clear, concise, and communicate insights effectively to a broad audience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization tools and techniques.

- (Preferred) Experience creating data visualizations using design software like Photoshop or Figma for additional creative flair.

- (Plus) Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms like Salesforce, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like NetSuite, and business intelligence tools like Clari or Anaplan to extract and analyze data (relevant experience will be specified based on company's data sources).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design, Statistics, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in data visualization or a related role.

- Proven proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and patterns.

- Excellent design sense and understanding of visual design principles.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other team members.

- Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation (or experience with similar data wrangling tools).

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
