As an emerging healthcare leader in the region, we aim to provide accessible, reliable, and advanced medical care to our community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Nalgonda for an HR Manager at Perumalla Hospital. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing employee performance, designing training programs, and addressing workplace concerns effectively. Collaboration with department leads to meeting organizational goals is also a key aspect of this role.QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and labor laws Proven ability in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management Experience in Training and Development as well as Team Management Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills Ability to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational goals Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is an advantage
