The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering design and site planning, managing stormwater systems, and working collaboratively to ensure projects meet design and compliance standards. The role includes daily coordination with project teams and on-ground execution to ensure timely and quality-driven completions.QualificationsExpertise in Civil Engineering Design and a strong understanding of Civil Engineering principles.Experience in site planning and effective project coordination.Proficiency in Stormwater Management design and implementation.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Previous experience in site-based engineering roles is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Coordination• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.• Schedule and manage day-to-day construction activities to meet deadlines.2. Site Supervision• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with design plans.• Resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.• Ensuring proper adherence to safety standards of the work/site.3. Quality Control and Assurance• Ensure materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards.• Maintain and enforce health and safety protocols.• Conduct quality checks and prepare progress reports.4. Resource Management• Manage and oversee labor, materials, and equipment usage.• Optimize resource allocation to reduce wastage and ensure cost-effectiveness.5. Documentation and Reporting• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and timesheets.• Report progress, delays, and potential issues to the project manager.6. Problem-Solving• Identify and troubleshoot problems related to design, materials, and construction processes.• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.Skills and Competencies:• Strong understanding of civil, structural, or mechanical engineering principles.• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Attention to detail and organizational skillsVehicle Requirement is a must(Fuel will be reimbursed)
