CTO/Co-Founder(EdTech)

As a Co Founder on a Marketplace Platform for Education

To provide sound technical leadership in all aspects

• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

• Lead the strategy for technology.

Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.

Regularly Review and ensure code standards

• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations for deliverables and enhancements

• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or Technical Head

• In-depth and live knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development

• Experience in Flutter, React JS, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, Google Cloud etc

• Experienced in Video Live streaming, storage, etc.

• Hands-on experience with complex project management

• Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.

• Exceptional team management skills.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Extensive industry knowledge with future and business orientation.

• Willing to work in a startup environment as a Co Founder

• Preferred candidate from BITS, IIT, or from top institutes.
