Lead Specialist Talent Acquisition


What can you expect?

The Talent Acquisition Lead Specialist partners with the and Business leaders to execute hiring strategy for the organization. S/he coordinates with key stakeholders across business and functions to determine the hiring needs of various stakeholder groups and ensure the fulfilment plan is met in a time and cost sensitive environment.

End to end sourcing

Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, ensure adequate control over the job requisition process initiated by business so that necessary approvals are in place for every vacancy

Source, interview and present prequalified candidates to hiring managers by leveraging appropriate channels of sourcing with continuous focus on cost effective channels.

Ensure mandates are addressed within the defined timelines

Strive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics including Time to fill, quality of hires and discretionary spend

Manage hiring for niche and specialized expertise

Stakeholder Management

TA Partner to business leaders/ managers. Understand and review the requirements and devise hiring strategies and thereby implementing the same

Lead initiatives to enhance Stakeholder and candidate experience. Build and maintain adequate information / data that can help in assessing effectiveness / experience and other relevant recruitment matrices.

Project Management & Market Intelligence

Map all mandates using multiple / appropriate tools to have a better understanding of the available skill sets / talent in the market and Provide meaningful market data in support of client need. Act as a talent scout and share best practices to attract top talent.

Drive process efficiencies, Built controls and compliance around processes

Drive strategic projects


Metrics Reporting / Dashboard

Leverage technology and explore new-age / best practices

Ensuring that reporting and MIS are done correctly and on-time, prepare dashboards/presentations as per needs

What you need to have:

6+ years of experience in Volume hiring / niche hiring in a large professional organization

Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage

Expertise in searching profiles using multiple tools. eg, job portals, networking sites, cold calling, external vendors, etc.

Ability to manage a robust real time MIS & power point presentations

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy

HR analytics and Dashboards

Ability to build relationships and networks

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good influencing skills

Graduate in any stream
