The role involves budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare annual operating budgets & performance targets in line with corporate strategyEnsure achievement of financial & operational targetsMonitor revenue, profitability & team performance against defined KRAsLead cost optimization and compliance initiativesOversee SOP implementation, medical record management, and audit readinessAct as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal complianceLiaise with sales & marketing teams for brand visibility in local marketsCoordinate monthly P&L with the corporate MIS teamDrive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metricsKey Skills & MetricsStrong leadership & people management skillsProven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin)Customer satisfaction (NPS 90%) & retention focusExcellent knowledge of compliance & medico-legal requirementsProcess-driven with attention to detailApply Now:
