As a Sales and Counseling Associate at Yocket, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards their academic aspirations abroad. You will engage directly with students and their families, establishing rapport, understanding their profiles, and providing comprehensive guidance throughout the application process.


Job Description:

Direct Sales Engagement: Engage directly in sales activities.

Experience Requirement: Ideal candidate has atleast 2 years of experience in Sales or Counseling.

Building Rapport: Responsible for establishing rapport with students and their parents.

Understanding Student Profile: Should have a good understanding of the student profile.

CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.

Target Achievement: Maintain good target records.

Lead Generation: Open to generating leads from different sources.

Travel: Must be open to traveling.

Event Attendance: Open to attending Virtual events and Physical events/seminars/Webinars.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Prior experience in sales/knowledge of sales tools is a plus.

People from Mumbai and Bangalore preffered.
